Take control of your PDF’s page order. Upload a file, drag pages into place with the arrow buttons, rotate individual pages, delete the ones you do not need — then download the reorganised PDF.
What is the Organise PDF Pages?
Rearranging PDF pages means changing the order pages appear in — moving the appendix before the summary, pulling the signed page to the front, or fixing a scan that came out shuffled. Until recently this needed desktop software; this organise-PDF tool does it entirely in your browser with live page thumbnails, so you see exactly what the final document will look like before you save.
Beyond reordering, the tool handles the two other page-level fixes people constantly need: rotating individual pages (that one sideways scan in an otherwise upright document) and deleting pages (blank pages, duplicates, or sections that should never have been included). Each change previews instantly on the thumbnail, and the final save rebuilds the PDF with your exact order, rotations, and deletions applied.
Everything runs client-side with proven open-source libraries (pdf.js for thumbnails, pdf-lib for rebuilding). Your document is never uploaded — which matters for contracts, medical records, and anything else you would not hand to a stranger’s server. No signup, no watermarks, no page limits.
How to use the Organise PDF Pages
- Upload your PDF using the file picker or drag-and-drop.
- Click “Load & Organise Pages”. Every page renders as a thumbnail in its current order.
- Reorder pages with the ← and → arrow buttons on each thumbnail.
- Rotate any sideways page 90° at a time with the rotate button, or remove unwanted pages with ✕.
- Click “Save Organised PDF” to rebuild the document with your changes.
- Download the result and check the page order — then replace your original.
Organise PDF Pages use cases
Fixing shuffled scans
Multi-page scans frequently come out of order or with random upside-down pages. Thumbnails make the mess visible at a glance; a few clicks put every page right without rescanning anything.
Assembling reports
Building a report from separately exported sections? Merge the PDFs first, then organise the pages into the final narrative order — executive summary first, appendices last — before sending it out.
Cleaning up documents
Blank pages, duplicate prints, and cover sheets that served their purpose can be deleted in seconds, leaving a tight, professional document instead of a bloated one.
Preparing signing packets
Signature pages buried mid-document slow everything down. Move them to the front (or wherever your workflow needs them) so signers find them immediately.
Tips
- Rotate first, then reorder — it is easier to judge the final sequence when every thumbnail is already upright.
- You cannot delete the last remaining page; the tool keeps at least one page so you never save an empty PDF by accident.
- Use Reset if an experiment goes wrong — it restores the original order, rotations, and pages instantly.
- For big documents (100+ pages), work in passes: delete the junk first, then reorder the survivors.
