These terms govern your use of CoreAIWeb at coreaiweb.com (“the site”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What CoreAIWeb is

CoreAIWeb offers free online tools — text tools, image tools, PDF tools, SEO tools, calculators, converters, generators, and more. No account is required and none is offered; every tool is available to every visitor on the same terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • use the tools for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose;
  • attempt to disrupt, damage, or degrade the site or its hosting — including bulk automated scraping or requests at a rate that harms performance for other visitors;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or probe them for vulnerabilities;
  • misrepresent the site or its tools as your own service, or use them in a way that violates the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics, code, and branding are the property of CoreAIWeb and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial parts of the site without our permission.

Your output is yours. Anything you create using our tools — converted text, generated images, QR codes, calculated results, and similar output — belongs to you. You may use it freely, including for commercial purposes. We claim no ownership over it.

4. No accounts

CoreAIWeb does not offer user accounts. There are no usernames, passwords, subscriptions, or paid tiers, and nothing in these terms creates an account relationship.

5. Third-party content and technology

The site may use third-party libraries delivered over content delivery networks (CDNs) to make tools work in your browser, and may link to external websites. We do not control third-party content, and we are not responsible for it. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. If advertising is displayed, it is provided by third-party ad networks (see our Privacy Policy) and the advertiser — not CoreAIWeb — is responsible for ad content.

6. Service availability — “as is”

The site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or the site itself at any time without notice.

Tool outputs are produced by software running in your browser and may contain errors. You are responsible for checking important results before relying on them (see also our Disclaimer).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreAIWeb and its owner(s) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or for any loss of data, profits, or business — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which, since the site is free, is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreAIWeb and its owner(s) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

9. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or block access for any visitor who abuses the service — for example, by attempting to disrupt the site, scraping it at a damaging rate, or using it for unlawful purposes. Because there are no accounts, this is enforced at the technical level (such as IP-based blocking).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Punjab, Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
