Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
CoreAIWeb (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides free online tools at coreaiweb.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at contact@coreaiweb.com.
1. The short version
- You do not need an account to use CoreAIWeb.
- Our tools run in your web browser. The text, files, and numbers you put into a tool are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers.
- The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — for example, through the contact form.
- If advertising is enabled on the site, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to show ads, as explained in section 5.
2. Information we collect
Contact form. When you send us a message through the Contact page, we receive your name, email address, subject, category, and message. We use this only to reply to you.
Tool inputs. None. When you use a tool (word counter, image converter, PDF tool, calculator, and so on), everything happens locally in your browser. We do not receive, store, or see the text you paste, the files you drop in, or the results a tool produces.
No accounts. CoreAIWeb does not offer accounts, profiles, or logins, so we do not collect usernames, passwords, or account-level activity.
Technical data. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages visited) for security and reliability. We do not combine these logs with any personal profile about you.
Analytics. If we use an analytics service, it measures only aggregated, anonymous usage (for example, which pages are visited). We do not use analytics to identify individual visitors.
3. Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. CoreAIWeb uses only a few:
- Necessary cookies — required for basic site functions (such as security and load balancing).
- Preference cookies — remember choices you make, such as dark mode, so you do not have to set them again.
- Advertising cookies — set by Google and its partners only if ads are displayed, as described in section 5.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using our tools, though some preferences (like dark mode) may not be remembered.
4. How we use information
We use the limited information we have to:
- respond to contact-form messages;
- keep the site secure, stable, and free of abuse;
- understand aggregate usage so we can improve the tools;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for marketing, and we never add contact-form senders to a mailing list.
5. Advertising — Google AdSense
CoreAIWeb may display ads served by Google AdSense. The following applies when ads are shown:
- Google uses cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other sites on the internet.
- Third-party vendors and ad networks that serve ads on our site may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your visits, and may use that information to show you ads they believe are relevant. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising:
- visit Google’s Ads Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads to manage how Google uses your data for ads, and
- visit https://www.aboutads.info to learn how to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies.
- Opting out does not remove ads; it only means the ads you see will not be personalized.
6. Data retention
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Server logs, if kept, are retained for a limited time for security purposes and then deleted. Tool inputs are never stored by us at all, because they never leave your device.
7. Children’s privacy
CoreAIWeb is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at contact@coreaiweb.com and we will delete it.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. We honor them for all visitors, regardless of location.
European Economic Area and UK (GDPR / UK GDPR). Our lawful basis for processing contact-form messages is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (and, where applicable, your consent when you submit the form). You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict processing of your data;
- data portability — receive your data in a common format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
California and other US states (CCPA / CPRA and similar laws). You have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
- delete your personal information;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of;
- non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
9. How to exercise your rights
Email contact@coreaiweb.com with your request (for example, “please delete my contact-form message”). We will respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm the email address you used when contacting us.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add a feature or a law changes. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
